We all might wondering ‘what’s new’ or ‘what really happened after the closure?’.
Event Date: Third Saturday of January The Ati-Atihan festival is celebrated annually in January in honor for St. Niño (infant Jesus Christ). People of Boracay especially the Ati tribe will parade along the beach in their festive attire and black-painted skin while dancing to the rhythmic drum beats.
#LoveBoracay Event date: Last week of April to the First week of May Originally from the #LaBoracay, the biggest event in the Island prior to its rehabilitation, this event celebrates and promotes the love for Boracay island. Compared to #LaBoracay’s parties dusk till dawn, #LoveBoracay events are more on promoting environmental awareness not only to tourists but most specifically to residents to help protect and preserve the paradise of Boracay.

Puka Beach Located on the Northern part of the Island, Puka Beach is one of Boracay’s secluded and beautiful beaches. The sands here is not that powdery. It is mixed with crushed puka shells. Also in a minute walk if you are staying at Station 2 you can also pick up medicine from a pharmacy. It’s full of fantastic restaurants and a sports bar (Rumba’s which wasn’t great for food but shows the games!). White beach is just through the other side and the best beach for sand and sunsets! D’Mall is a great place to start at if visiting Boracay for the first time!
